1. HAMBURGER MEAT IN THE OVEN WITH SWEET POTATOES

In about 40 minutes and with just a few ingredients, you have this delicacy ready. Simple, practical, delicious and healthy, this recipe from BBC Good Food is a great option for a family dinner.

– Ingredients –

  • 4 sweet potatoes cut into sticks
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon flaked chili
  • 400gr of minced meat
  • 1 onion cut
  • 1 tablespoon of grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon of tomato sauce
  • Wholemeal bread (optional, can serve on the plate)
  • The leaves of a lettuce
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 onion, embodied in pieces
  • 4 pickles or peppers

– Mode of preparation –

  • Pre-heat the oven to 200 degrees;
  • Add the potatoes, olive oil, chili and spices to taste and leave to cook for about half an hour in the oven;
  • Add the meat, the flakes of chili remaining, the onion, the parmesan, the tomato sauce and black pepper in a bowl;
  • Mix the ingredients well and then form four patties;
  • When you are missing only 10 minutes for the potatoes are ready, add the burgers in the oven;
  • When you are ready, remove and top each burger with lettuce, tomato, onion and pickles/cucumber.

2. SALMON BURGER IN THE OVEN

– Ingredients –

  • 300gr of salmon, cut into pieces
  • 1 onion cut
  • 2 tablespoons spices to taste
  • 1 egg white
  • 2 tablespoons of bread crumbs
  • 2 teaspoons of mostar of Dijon
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • ½ Teaspoon salt
  • ½ Teaspoon chili powder

– Mode of preparation –

  • Pre-heat the oven to 250 degrees;
  • Remove the skin from salmon, break into chunks and bring to the blender along with the onion;
  • Add the egg white, the bread crumbs, the mustard, the zest of limãi, the salt and the chili and re-grinding;
  • Form burgers and place in the oven;
  • Let cook about fifteen minutes, turning half way through.

3. BURGER OF CHICKPEAS AND CURRY

– Ingredients –

  • 1 tin of chickpeas
  • 2 cloves garlic broken into pieces
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ Teaspoon of cumin
  • ½ Teaspoon of curry
  • ½ Teaspoon pepper cayenne
  • 1 tablespoon flour (of grain, almond, gluten free, …)
  • 1 teaspoon of yeast
  • Chilli paste (optional)

– Mode of preparation –

  • Pre-heat the oven to 250 degrees;
  • In the blender add the beans, garlic, cumin, curry, pepper, yeast and a tablespoon of olive oil and grind until obtaining a homogeneous paste;
  • In a tray pour in some flour and form the burgers;
  • Put in the oven for about 20 minutes.

4. VEGGIE BURGER WITH OATS

A recipe for burgers in the oven suggested by Oh She Glows that may require many ingredients, but requires little preparation time and with difficulty very low.

– Ingredients –

  • 3 tablespoons of flax seeds
  • 1/3 cup hot water
  • 1 can of aspect of the black drained
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • ¾ Cup of onion cut into pieces
  • 2 cloves garlic, sliced
  • 1 cup of grated carrot
  • 1/3 cup parsley or coriander
  • ½ Cup of sunflower seeds toast
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon of oregano
  • 1 teaspoon of cumin
  • ½ Cup of oat flakes
  • ½ Cup of bread crumbs (bread choice)
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons flour (as needed)
  • ½ And ¾ teaspoon of salt
  • Black pepper for seasoning

– Mode of preparation –

  • Pre-heat the oven to 250 degrees and line a baking tray with parchment paper;
  • Add the flax seeds and water in a bowl and leave for about five minutes;
  • In another bowl, pour in the black beans and crush until it forms a paste, leaving only about 1/3 of the beans intact;
  • In a frying pan, cook the onion, the garlic and the salt for about three minutes and then add to the beans;
  • Add the flaxseed, carrots, parsley, sunflower seeds, soy sauce, chili, oregano and cumin to the beans and mix;
  • Add the rolled oats, the bread crumbs and the flour and mix until it forms a homogeneous mixture;
  • Form burgers and distribute in the tray;
  • Put in the oven for about 20 minutes.

5. HAMBURGERS IN THE OVEN WITH ONION SOUP

Here you can enjoy any one of the previous recipes and take the dish away. The Intense Flavor suggests to take the burgers to the oven before they are cooked and well accompanied with onion, cheese and cream. Unhealthy, yes, but once again are not times!

– Ingredients –

  • 6 burgers (the original recipe choose from pig or cow, but it is a choice)
  • 6 slices of cheddar cheese
  • 1 package of onion soup (you can choose to use only half a package)
  • 200ml cream
  • 1dl of white wine

– Mode of preparation –

  • Pre-heat the oven to 180 degrees;
  • Put the burgers in a container to go in the oven and place a slice of cheese on top of each one;
  • Add the onion soup with the cream and wine and mix;
  • Pour the mixture over the burgers and place in the oven.
